The Severed Streets - Paul Cornell

The prologue has a figure in a mask (that matches ones like it worn by protestors surrounding the car) move through the car window and door as if they were a membrane and attack the guy inside with a razor.


I think I'm safe with reading this for the "Genre: Horror" square.
